Makali Aizue (born 30 December, 1977 in Goroka, Papua New Guinea) is a professional rugby league player who recently signed for Co-operative Championship club Halifax after playing his trade in Super League for Hull KR for many years.
Personal life
Makali Aizue is from Bundi Area in Madang Province. His home in Bundi area is now the location of a world class Ramu Nickel project.
Club career

Aizue stated that he joined the club because "my good friend Stanley Gene said it's a great club and he was not wrong."
Representative career
Papua New Guinea
Aizue was selected in the PNG training squad [1] and eventually for the PNG squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.[2] He has also represented Papua New Guinea in rugby union in the past.[3]
He played for Papua New Guinea in the 2010 Four Nations tournament. Makali Aizue now plays for Halifax R.L.F.C.
